"Here is the absolute easiest "homemade" chocolate candy - sort of like Rocky Road - from my aunt Rie who hates to cook." - Pat Friend

3 huge Hershey's bars - about 8 oz. each - plain milk chocolate, no almonds

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups miniature marshmallows

Pan about 12 inches by 8 inches - 9x13 would be too big.

Melt the chocolate bars in the top of a double boiler. Remove from the heat. Stir in the chopped nuts. When it has chilled a touch, fold in the marshmallows. (Don't want it to be so hot that they melt.) Spread evenly in the pan and leave on the counter to cool/harden. Cut into squares. (Don't refrigerate it before you cut it or you will need a chisel.) I found that it took almost 3 hours to get to a consistency where I could cut it and lift pieces out of the pan neatly. Might be less time if you
aren't in humid Florida.
