    If you can heat it up first, chocolate syrup is best as it won’t leave ckhnus floating around the drink.Syrup:1 cup sugar1 cup dutched chocolatestir to mix evenly & add1 cup waterBoil for 3 minute, let cool & add2 tbsp vanilla extractPut 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce in a preheated cup, add espresso & pour in steamed milk (latte art optional).This is how I do it & it’s delicious. Since I keep my chocolate sauce in the fridge, I usually put as much as I want into a glass bowl & heat it slightly in simmering water, or the toaster oven (never the microwave).
