Coffee Punch

  • 2 quarts strong coffee
  • 1 pint cold milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ c. caramel coffee flavoring
  • 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • ½ pint heavy whipping cream
  • Approx. 3 trays of coffee ice cubes**
  • Ground nutmeg (optional)

  1. Combine coffee, milk, vanilla and caramel flavoring.
  2. Break ice cream into chunks in punch bowl just before serving.
  3. Pour chilled coffee mixture over ice cream.
  4. Whip cream and gently fold into punch.
  5. Add coffee ice cubes right before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired or let guests add their own.
  7. Can be made the day before serving.
  8. **Coffee ice cubes are simply made from your leftover brewed coffee (no sugar or cream) into ice cube trays. Collect and store in zip bags until you have enough. Prevents the punch from becoming “watered down”.
